HyperX Announces Alloy FPS RGB Keyboard with Kailh Silver Switches

HyperX, Kingston's playful brand, has announced a new Alloy FPS series keyboard featuring fully configurable key RGB lighting.

The Alloy FPS RGB is a minimalist model, which reduces the space it takes up to the minimum necessary. It measures 442.26 mm × 129.81 mm × 35.59 mm and weighs 1.1 kg, and is connected via a 1.8-metre cable, which is removable, via two USB 2.0 ports.

The mechanisms used in the keyboard are the Silver of the manufacturer Kailh, which are a linear type with an actuation force of 40 gf, so they are quite fast, ideal for fast action games. By designing the RGB lighting on each switch, HyperX promises much brighter lighting, with five adjustable levels. The keyboard itself has a USB 2.0 port for charging other devices. It also has crucial specific detection (n-key rollover), and additional shortcuts via a dedicated Fn key. Three different vital profiles can be stored on the keyboard.

The price is 109 dollars.
